WCAU News Dir. Chris Blackman Leaving
The news chief at NBC’s Philadelphia O&O told his staff via email Wednesday evening that he’s leaving the station on June 15. In his email, Blackman said that he and WCAU GM Eric Lerner “have come to the mutual conclusion that it’s time for new leadership in the newsroom — time for new ideas and a fresh perspective on what we do.”
