A new report from GlobalData says the drop is due to cord-cutters and cord-nevers. Expected household penetration for 2023 is estimated at only 42%, which will drop even further to 32% in 2028.

Among heavy streaming network viewers, FX was on top, followed by Discovery, Comedy Central, Syfy, Food Network, History and National Geographic.
