‘RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars’ ‘Top Chef’ & ‘Taste The Nation’ Win Critics Choice Real TV Top Prizes
This year’s Critics Choice Real TV Awards honored RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars, Top Chef, and Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi, with each series taking home two awards. The annual event continues to recognize excellence in nonfiction, unscripted and reality programming across broadcast, cable and streaming platforms. Here’s the complete list of winners.
The Broadcast Television Journalists Association and NPACT, the trade organization serving producers of nonfiction entertainment content, will spin off the “reality show” category of the Critics’ Choice Awards into its own standalone show, the groups announced Friday. The inaugural Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards are set for Sunday, June 2, 2019, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
