HBO To Offer Free Access To 2 Comedies

HBO is demonstrating a lot of confidence in a pair of potential new hit comedies, and it wants to use them to seduce some nonsubscribers. The shows are the coming comedies Girls and Veep, both of which have been riding a wave of advance publicity — especially Girls. Even before it has been exposed to the public, Girls has been among the most talked-about new shows on television.
