A few weeks after an internal NBC investigation found no wrongdoing on the part of America’s Got Talent regarding Gabrielle Union‘s allegations of racism, the former judge reportedly is suing the show’s network, production companies and Simon Cowell.

NBC and the show’s producers say an outside review found Gabrielle Union’s complaints of racism were unfounded and had “no bearing” on the show’s decision to drop her as a judge,

Union is thanking supporters for defending her amid reports she was fired from America’s Got Talent after complaining about racism and other on-set issues. Without directly addressing her status with NBC’s talent show, the actress tweeted that the backing helped overcome feeling of being lost and alone. “We had a lengthy 5-hour, and what I thought to be, productive, meeting,” Union said Wednesday on Twitter.

According to reports, Union and Julianne Hough have been dropped as America’s Got Talent judges after a single season. “Just when you feel lost, adrift, alone … you got me up off the ground. Humbled and thankful, forever,” the actress tweeted Wednesday night. She didn’t directly address her status with NBC’s talent show.
