The veteran network executives will add production, casting and business affairs duties for FX and FX Productions originals, which they will continue to oversee.
Eric Schrier, most recently the president of original programming for FX Networks and FX Productions, will take on the newly created position of president of FX Entertainment. With the move, Nick Grad, who previously held the same title as Schrier, will now report to him as FX Entertainment’s president of original programming. And Gina Balian, EVP series development, has also been named president of original programming for FX Entertainment alongside Grad.
FX Networks is expanding the responsibilities of programming executives Gina Balian and Jonathan Frank. Balian will take on oversight of all series development for FX Networks and FX Productions.
