John Hillerman, Higgins On ‘Magnum, PI’, Dies

LOS ANGELES (AP) — John Hillerman, who played stuffed-shirt Higgins to Tom Selleck’s freewheeling detective Thomas Magnum in the 1980s TV series “Magnum, P.I.” has died, his nephew said Thursday.
