Dan Brenner, a Los Angeles county judge and prominent Washington communications attorney, was struck by a car and killed in Los Angeles on Monday. He was 64. During his Washington years, he worked at the FCC and later as head of regulatory affairs for the National Cable and Telecommunications Association.
