After 17 years with the company, Endemol Shine Group President Tim Hincks announced he has decided to step down from his role and will leave later this year.
Endemol CEO Tim Hincks will serve as president of the new joint venture to be formed by 21st Century Fox’s Shine Group, Endemol and Core Media. He will report to CEO Sophie Turner Laing.
