This week’s announcement of a content collaboration between the NBC-owned WRC and Hubbard-owned WTOP-FM brings together Washington’s top TV and radio players. Reporters from each outlet will now be featured on each other’s respective programs and websites, and the two organizations will pair on community events, though a mutual revenue play remains hazy.
