Digital Networks Launches New TV Station In Columbus, Georgia

Digital Networks, LLC has launched a brand-new station in Columbus, Georgia, available to local viewers now. The station includes Digital Networks parent company Get After It Media’s five networks — The Heartland Network, Retro TV, The Family Channel, Rev’n and The Action Channel.

The networks are available on the station WXVK-LD, with The Heartland Network at 30.1, Retro TV at 30.2, Rev’n at 30.3, The Action Channel at 30.4 and The Family Channel at 30.5. Over-the-air viewers may need to rescan their televisions to pick up the new signal.

“Launching this latest station in Columbus, Georgia, caps off an unprecedented year of growth for the Digital Networks roster,” said Joel Wertman, President of Get After It Media, in a press release. “We’re on a mission to bring our collection of family-friendly TV networks to audiences across the country, and we’re thrilled to add Columbus to our footprint with even more launches in the works for 2024.”

Get After It Media, the release said, offers “diverse, family-friendly programming with a collection of networks delivered via a blend of over-the-air, cable, satellite, and streaming television.” Flagship network Retro TV is available across the U.S. and “celebrates the best in classic television with programming,” including Doctor Who, Naked City, The Beverly Hillbillies, One Step Beyond, The Ray Bradbury Theater and more, and the station is also the exclusive home to classic soap opera The Doctors.

The Heartland Network is a country music and lifestyle channel offering the best of Nashville, Austin, Bakersfield, Branson, and more to country fans from coast to coast. Heartland combines vintage programming and classic country from the vaults of Music Row with new content to connect viewers with the latest generation of country stars.

The Family Channel features programming for every member of the family including cooking shows, family movies, DIY and more with a host of entertaining and informative programs. Rev’n is dedicated to all things motors including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, events, and auctions. The Action Channel is the place for daredevils and adrenaline junkies with Strongman Champions League, OVW Wrestling, EFC Premium Fights and more.

Per the release, Digital Networks has expanded its reach with the launch of numerous stations in 2023 including Chico, CA, Charleston, SC, Indianapolis, IN, Oklahoma City, OK, Greenville, NC, Jacksonville, FL, Springfield, MO, Joplin, MO and Shreveport, LA. In 2022, Digital Networks launched stations in Las Vegas, NV, Knoxville, TN, Raleigh, NC and Columbus, OH.
