Hilton Howell, Gray Television chairman, president and CEO, had a holiday present for the group’s employees that he conveyed in a Dec. 21 email to Gray GMs and VPs.
Gray Hands Out Yearend Bonuses
“As we prepare to close a very successful year for our great company, I write to convey again that our board and our senior management are very grateful for the many contributions this year from all of you as well as the rest of Gray’s loyal and devoted employees.
“In recognition of your efforts, Gray will pay a special one-time bonus of $500 to each individual employed full-time today by the company (other than myself and the EVPs). We will add this bonus to each such employee’s first regularly scheduled paycheck in 2019.
