Dec. 27 is the airdate for America Salutes You Presents Guitar Legends 3, the concert featuring Nancy Wilson of Heart, George Thorogood, Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top, Steve Lukather of Toto, to name just a few. The post-Christmas Monday night special will air as a one-hour special starting at 8 p.m.
It’s not yet December and already TV stations know with certainty that two of this year’s new shows will return, with two more rookies likely to get second-season renewals. Moreover, stations also already know two more big shows are coming down the pike next year, bringing the total to six before we’ve even hit 2020.

DC Universe’s next live-action series Stargirl will get a second run on The CW broadcast network, it was announced on Thursday. Stargirl, which stars Brec Bassinger as the title character, will air new episodes on The CW, one day after they premiere on DC Universe. The series will premiere sometime during the second quarter of 2020. Episodes will also be available on The CW’s digital platforms, including CW Seed.
