WPBF News To Debut New 10 PM Newscast On MeTV Subchannel

Hearst Television’s ABC affiliate WPBF West Palm Beach, Fla., will launch a new half-hour weeknight newscast at 10 p.m. on its MeTV South Florida subchannel beginning Monday, Sept. 18. MeTV South Florida can be watched over the air on ch. 25.5 and on Comcast ch. 1181.

“The addition of MeTV, America’s No. 1 classic TV network, this April expanded our entertainment choices to our community,” said WPBF President-GM Caroline Taplett. “Adding WPBF 25 News at 10 p.m. on MeTV South Florida will provide our viewers with the opportunity to receive important local news and certified most accurate weather forecasts from their trusted news leader.”

WPBF 25 News at 10 p.m. will be anchored by Felicia Rodriguez, Todd McDermott and chief meteorologist Cris Martinez.
