Kaiser Showtechnik has added Riedel Communications’ Artist intercom, Bolero wireless intercom, SmartPanels, interfaces and headsets to its rental fleet, making these solutions available as a dry-hire provider for events in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).. As an event technology provider from Augsburg, Germany, Kaiser Showtechnik has been receiving ever-increasing and extensive enquiries about Riedel intercom systems, prompting it to make this comprehensive investment, Riedel said.

As Kaiser Showtechnik aims to specialize in these Riedel solutions, the cooperation will see Riedel engineers perform extensive staff training, providing Kaiser Showtechnik’s experts with the know how necessary to deliver Riedel-quality support, system management, and integration.
