Telecom Veteran Sergio Murillo Joins USSI Global As International Sales VP

USSI Global, a turnkey provider of customized network, broadcast and digital signage systems and services worldwide, has hired Sergio Murillo as vice president of international sales, with an emphasis on Latin America markets.

Murillo is spearheading a new LEO satellite connectivity service in the region. He is responsible for every aspect of the service, from infrastructure implementation to after-sales support and market intelligence. Plus, Murillo will lead distribution partner selection, training and support, and disaster recovery initiatives.

For more than 24 years, Murillo has been CEO of RED52, a licensed public telecommunications network in Mexico that he co-founded. Located in Mexico City, RED52 provides full teleport services for video, data, voice and internet connectivity to government and private sector customers. A frequent speaker at industry events, Murillo has authored two books, several trade magazine articles and has served on the boards of various trade organizations.
