The FCC has finalized its post-auction process for reimbursing eligible broadcasters and MVPDs from the $1.75 billion TV Broadcaster Relocation Fund following next year’s spectrum incentive auction.

On Friday, Oct. 30, the commission released the final version of the Reimbursement Form, FCC Form 2100, Schedule 399, which is available here. It also included a a catalog of approved expenses, which, it emphasized, “is not intended to be a definitive list of all reimbursable expenses. Rather, it is a means of facilitating the reimbursement process of claiming reimbursement by setting forth categories of expenses that are most likely to be commonly incurred by relocated broadcasters and MVPDs.”

The notice also includes banking and payment information and details on multiple submissions of the reimbursement form.

The Media Bureau said that in response to comments it will keep confidential all “cost documentation submitted by entities seeking reimbursement for actual costs (for example, invoices), as well as the name, address, and other identifying information pertaining to the vendor providing equipment or service to a specific broadcaster or MVPD.”
