Reaney Is Development VP At ITV Studios America

ITV Studios America is expanding with the addition of television development executive Paul Reaney to the position of vice president of development. Reaney will be based out of ITV Studios America’s Los Angeles headquarters and will be involved in developing new programming for the U.S. broadcast and cable networks.

“Paul is an ideal new addition to our team, as we continue to grow in the scripted, nonscripted and first run syndication arenas,” Bruce Robertson, ITV Studios America’s SVP, Creative Strategy, said. “With the pick-ups of two network series, Prime Suspect (NBC) and Buried Treasure (Fox) and with America Now becoming a daily strip series, Paul’s talents will allow us to capitalize on our strengths and continue with our rapid growth.”

Reaney was most recently VP, development at FremantleMedia where he developed series including Down Fall (ABC), Rock The Cradle (MTV) and Thank God You’re Here (NBC). Prior to that he was a senior producer/reporter for the BBC and held producing positions at Mentorn, Cineflix and Five UK.
