The stations owned by CP Media’s New Age Media are WQMY-TV Williamsport, WOLF-TV Hazleton, W24DB Clarks Summit, PA & WGFL-TV High Springs, WMYG-LP Lake City,WYME-CA Gainesville, FL; WTLH-TV Bainbridge, WBFL-CA & WBVJ-LP Valdosta, GA.
CP Media’s New Age Media holds and has exercised purchase options for WNBW-DT Gainesville, WTLF-TV Tallahassee, FL & WSWB-TV Scranton, PA, all licensed to MPS Media.
Under this purchase agreement Sinclair is assigning its rights to acquire these option stations, WNBW-DT Gainesville & WSWB-TV Scranton, to Cunningham Broadcasting Corp and WTLF-TV Tallahassee, FL to Stephen Mumblow’s Deerfield Media. It is also assigning its rights to acquire WTLH-TV Bainbridge, WBFL-CA & WBVJ-LP Valdosta, GA to Cunningham Broadcasting Corp.
