Tegna, Social Platform Kin Community Partner

Through this investment, Tegna and the Kin Community social platform will work together to explore content sharing across Tegna Media’s digital and linear television properties, sponsored content and cross-promotion.

Tegna today announced a strategic investment in Kin Community, a home-focused content brand targeted to young women.

Tegna says Kin Community has more than 170 million followers across social platforms and generates more than 600 million video views monthly. Its creator community includes lifestyle names like Rosanna Pansino (Nerdy Nummies), Hannah Hart (MyHarto), Jenn Im (Clothes Encounters), Lauren Riihimaki(LaurDIY) and Rachel and Byron Talbott.

Through this investment, Tegna and Kin will explore potential opportunities for content sharing across Tegna Media’s digital and linear television properties, sponsored content and cross-promotion.
