Mike Rajewski Named GM Of KAKE Wichita

Lockwood Broadcast Group has appointed Mike Rajewski general manager of its ABC Affiliate KAKE Wichita, Kan. (DMA 76). He will replace Neal Davis, who in April was designated, once a KAKE successor was named, to be GM of Lockwood’s Knoxville Fox-independent duopoly of WTNZ-WKNX.

Rajewski brings more than 25 years of broadcast experience to KAKE. Most recently he was director of sales for Cox Media Group in Jacksonville, Fla., and prior to that held the same position at WPEC West Palm Beach, Fla.

Rajewski said: “I am excited to be joining Lockwood Broadcast Group and the talented group of dedicated professionals in Wichita. KAKE has a long history of service to the residents of central and western Kansas and I look forward to becoming a member of the community and continuing that tradition.”
