The San Francisco CBS O&O is producing a new hour newscast for its sister CW affiliate beginning Jan. 8.

KPIX Producing KBCW Sunday Morning News
CBS O&O KPIX San Francisco (DMA 6) is launching Sunday Morning News Early Edition on co-owned CW affiliate KBCW.
The new newscast, anchored by Anne Makovec and Phil Matier, begins Sunday Jan. 8, and will air from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
The team currently anchors CBS 5 Weekend Early Edition on Saturdays and Sundays on KPIX.
Kris Vera-Phillips is the producer.
