LIN Names Yoder GM Of WALA-WFNA Mobile
LIN Media today appointed Gary Yoder VP-GM of WALA (Fox)-WFNA (CW) in Mobile, Ala.-Pensacola, Fla. (DMA 60). He succeeds Matt Pumo, who left the stations last August.
Since 2009, Yoder has been VP-GM of LIN’s WUPW Toledo, Ohio. During his 16 years at WUPW, he held a variety of management positions, including local sales manager, general sales manager and general manager.
In his new role that is effective immediately, Yoder will report to Scott Blumenthal, LIN Media’s EVP, television.
Yoder received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.
