Kevin Oliver Joins KCRA News Team

Hearst-owned NBC affiliate KCRA Sacramento, Calif. (DMA 20), has hired reporter Kevin Oliver. He joins the station from WFTV Orlando, Fla., where he worked for nine years. During that time Oliver covered NASA, from the construction of the International Space Station to the end of the space shuttle program. He also reported from Florida’s east coast during one of the state’s worst hurricane seasons in 2004.

Prior to WFTV, Oliver worked at TV stations in Medford, Ore., and Spokane, Wash.

Oliver graduated from the University of Southern California with a double major in political science and broadcast journalism.
