WGNO Names Anne Cutler Morning, 11 A.M. Anchor
Tribune-owned WGNO, the ABC affiliate in New Orleans (DMA 51), has named Anne Cutler anchor of Good Morning New Orleans, which she will co-anchor with Jon Huffman and Chief Meteorologist Hank Allen. Cutler will also become the solo anchor of WGNO News at 11am. Her new position will be effective Feb. 1.
Cutler, who joined WGNO in 2010, joined the morning team as a news reporter on Good Morning New Orleans and reporter and fill-in anchor of WGNO’s News with a Twist at 5 and 6 p.m.
Prior to joining WGNO, Cutler anchored the morning show at KOLO Reno, Nev.
