Sorry, Insider, but Regulus is correct. I watched a report Saturday Night on the CBS Evening News, and a reporter interviewed a person working for a cable channel, and the person said that they speed up the programming a little bit for an extra commercial or two.
A MVPD does not speed up commercials. A cable channel might. Learn the difference.
