WNBC New York Adds Dave Price To Weather

NBC O&O WNBC New York (DNA 1) has a new addition to its growing weather team — Dave Price. Starting immediately, Price joins weather experts Janice Huff, Chris Cimino, Raphael Miranda, Erica Grow and Steve Sosna.

Price has been freelancing at WNBC for the last several months, after most recently working at WNYW New York, his second stint at the station. From 2012 to 2013, he was co-anchor of the station’s Good Day New York morning show.

Before that, Price was weather anchor for CBS’s The Early Show for eight years, covering major weather events and feature stories for the network throughout the country and around the world.

Concurrently, he was the morning weather anchor for WCBS New York for several years. Price worked at WNYW from 1999 to 2003 before moving to CBS. Earlier in his career, Price was weather anchor at WFXT Philadelphia, WBBM Chicago and WSEE Erie, Pa.

Price holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
