Scripps-TWC Reach Retrans Agreement
According to a senior broadcast industry source, the E.W. Scripps Co. has successfully renegotiated a multi-year retransmission consent agreement with Time Warner Cable.
This deal represents more than 3 million households in the following markets:
Detroit; Milwaukee; Cleveland; Green Bay, Wis.; Cincinnati; Nashville; Tampa, Fla.; Omaha, Neb.; Buffalo, N.Y.; San Diego; Bakersfield, Calif.; Kansas City; Indianapolis and Denver.
The agreement also includes some systems owned by Brighthouse Cable, which is represented by Time Warner Cable in retrans negotiations
