APTS Elects Board Leaders And Members

The Association of Public Television Stations on Sunday announced the election of its leaders and members of its Board of Trustees.

Eric Hyyppa, director and general manager of MontanaPBS, has been re-elected chairman. Ronnie Agnew, executive director of Mississippi Public Broadcasting, has been re-elected as the professional vice chair, and Jo Ellen Chatham, lay trustee of PBS SoCaL, has been re-elected as lay vice chair.

The following trustees were re-elected to the APTS board: Ronnie Agnew, executive director of Mississippi Public Broadcasting; Eric Hyyppa, director and general manager of MontanaPBS; Edward Kaplan, chair of Maryland Public Broadcasting Commission; Becky Magura, president-CEO of WCTE Upper Cumberland PBS, Cookeville, Tenn.; Pat Moody, lay trustee of WNIT Television, South Bend, Ind.; Russell Peotter, general manager of WGBY, Springfield, Mass.; Allan Pizzato, president-general manager of WYES, New Orleans; and Leslie Wilcox, president-CEO of PBS Hawaii.

Newly elected as a lay director to the APTS board is Carol Kellermann, lay trustee of WNET New York.
