KYW Philadelphia Adds Two Reporters

Joe Holden and Trang Do, two reporters with roots in the Philadelphia market, will be joining the CBS O&O KYW Eyewitness News.

Trang Do, most recently an investigative reporter with WMAR Baltimore,  joins KYW on March 16.  The 2006 University of Pennsylvania magna cum laude graduate worked as an intern at the station during her senior year in college. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and Spanish at Penn, she went on to complete a master’s degree in journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern University.

She started her professional career as a Washington correspondent for KTVQ Billings, Mont. She has also reported and anchored in Huntsville, Ala., at WAFF and in York, Pa., at WPMT.  She is a member of the Asian American Journalists Association.  

Joe Holden will join KYW on May 4 from WPXI Pittsburgh, where he covered, among other high-profile stories, Pope Francis’ visit to Philadelphia. Previously, he was an investigative reporter for WBRE Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Pa., at WVIR Charlottesville, Va., and an assignment editor at WPHL Philadelphia.

Holden is a 2002 graduate of Cabrini College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and communication.
