Nichole Berlie Joins WCVB Boston News

Hearst-owned ABC affiliate WCVB Boston (DMA 8) is adding Nichole Berlie as weekend evening co-anchor and reporter beginning Wednesday, Sept. 21. She will co-anchor with Reid Lamberty.

Berlie joins WCVB from KSDK St. Louis where she has anchored Today in St. Louis weekday mornings since September 2013. 

Prior to KSDK, Berlie  spent five years as a weekday morning anchor at Hearst’s KETV Omaha, Neb. She was in the Honor’s Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting, with minors in mathematics, Spanish and English.

She also earned a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from the Newhouse School of Journalism at Syracuse University.
