Ousted Fox News host Tucker Carlson is seen on newly revealed video bashing the network’s streaming service, which he produced a bevy of content for during his tenure at the company.

Tucker Carlson hasn’t left Fox Corp. quite yet. The company’s Fox News Media unit has hours and hours of various specials and original programming the controversial anchor developed for the subscription-based streaming service Fox Nation, and doesn’t appear poised to take any of that content down. The Carlson-created options currently available on the service are manifold.

Kevin Costner, Kelsey Grammer, Dan Aykroyd and a bevy of other notables are set to appear in a promo for Fox Nation, suggesting that the subscription-based streaming service is one of the more important business initiatives for Fox Corp., the parent company of the Fox broadcast network, which will televise Super Bowl this Sunday, and Fox News Media, which operates the broadband outlet.

On Monday, the Fox Nation streaming service will host a televised debate between Sens. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in a replica of the Senate Chamber hosted at the Kennedy Institute. The debate isn’t about an election. Neither Graham nor Sanders are up this year. Rather, it’s about trying to bring sincere, old-school debates back into style at a time when social media and cable news chyrons are king. The Senate Project, as it’s being called, is a byproduct of the Institute, as well as the Orrin G. Hatch Foundation and the Bipartisan Policy Center. Two other debates are already scheduled, with the next set to be hosted by C-SPAN.

Satellite-distributor DirecTV, which weeks ago unveiled plans to drop conservative outlet OAN, still wants to offer viewers right-leaning content. The company said it had already begun to offer Fox Nation, the subscription-video service that acts as a companion service to Fox News Channel. Fox Nation is being made available as a “premium add-on” for DirecTV subscribers, the company said.

Fox Nation, the streaming service owned by Fox News, is betting on NASCAR to boost its streaming fortunes (and its subscriber base). The streaming service is sponsoring the car of Spire Motorsports and its Number 77 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, which will feature a Fox Nation graphics package as it circles the track at Daytona International Speedway Feb. 20. NASCAR Cup Series racer Landon Cassill will be driving.
What Happened To Lara Logan?

Tom Jones: “She used to be a respected journalist. She even was a correspondent on 60 Minutes — the gold standard of TV news shows. They don’t hire just anybody for that program. But Logan was a long way from that iconic clicking stopwatch Monday night when, as a guest commentator, she appeared on Fox News and drew a comparison between Dr. Anthony Fauci and Nazi doctor Josef Mengele.”

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wy.) is one of several Republicans blasting Fox News Media for a promotional video teasing an upcoming episode of leading host Tucker Carlson‘s miniseries Tucker Carlson Originals. The episode, which will only be broadcast on Fox Nation, the company’s paid streaming service, is set to be published in three parts next month and examines the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and purports to tell “the true story behind 1/6.”
