Media Financial Management Association Announces 2023-24 Officers & Board Members

As the Media Financial Management Association (MFM) concluded its 2023 Annual Conference today, the association announced that Lori Locke, executive vice president and chief accounting officer of Warner Bros. Discovery, was elected to serve as the association’s chair of the board for 2023-24. Other officers elected by the MFM board of directors include Vice Chair Marie Tedesco, CFO of Beasley Broadcast Group; Secretary Jenna Hardy, CFO of Gearbox Entertainment; and Treasurer Beth Bramowski, CAO-controller of Audacy.

Joseph J. Annotti, the association’s president and CEO, also serves as a member of the executive committee.

MFM members also elected three new members to the MFM board of directors for a three-year term. The new directors are:

• Stacy Alban, VP, technical accounting, NBCUniversal
• Karin Bleiler, EVP and general manager, revenue solutions, SymphonyAI Media
• Virginia Hernandez, CFO, Trilith Studios

Annotti said: “The MFM officers and board members play a critical role in developing the strategic plan and setting the direction for the association. Thanks to the leadership of outgoing Chair Dave Bestler of Hubbard Media, MFM made tremendous strides over the past year, increasing the value of membership and raising awareness of the association among financial professionals in the media and entertainment industry. Our new officers and board members are committed to advancing even further MFM’s value proposition to expand the association’s information, education, and networking benefits to more financial professionals in all sectors of the industry,”

Annotti added: “The three new board members are excellent examples of the caliber of the membership and leadership of the organization who will contribute to both the refinement and execution of our strategic plan. I also want to thank our outgoing board members, who contributed much to the success of MFM over the past three years.”
