Telemundo Names Nicole Burri Regional Sales VP For KDEN And KULX

Telemundo-owned KDEN Denver and KULX Salt Lake City have promoted Nicole Burri to Regional Vice President of sales, effective immediately.

Burri, who has been KDEN’s local sales manager since 2019, will oversee local and national sales for both stations. She will continue to report to Tatiana Argüello, KDEN-KULX president-GM.

“Nicole is a strategic leader who has earned more than two decades of experience in advertising sales and marketing, a tenure that includes nearly four years successfully leading Telemundo Colorado’s local sales team,” Argüello said. “I’m excited for Nicole and our team of experienced sales professionals in Colorado and Utah to continue to innovate for our clients and partners to help them reach their goals in Spanish and English across our portfolio, which includes Telemundo, NBC Spot On and Peacock, among other products, to reach their target audiences on their preferred platforms.”

Burri has more than 20 years of experience in the Hispanic advertising marketplace. She joined KDEN from Azteca, where she served in New York-based sales roles for more than eight years over two stints, most recently as senior vice president of national spot sales. She was VP of sales for Estrella TV, also based in New York, from 2012 to 2015 after spending more than five years as vice president of sales and account director in her first tenure with Azteca. Previously, Burri held sales positions with Univision/Telefutura and Mun2/GEMS Television.

Burri graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business and earned a master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
