Dan Robbins To Head KIII Corpus Christi
London Broadcasting’s ABC affiliate KIII Corpus Christi, Texas (DMA 129), on Wednesday announced that it has appointed Dan Robbins as VP-general manager, effective immediately.
Robbins, a 32-year media veteran, most recently was VP-GM of KBMT-KUIL Beaumont-Port Arthur, Texas.
He was group VP of Communications Corp. of America where he oversaw 13 TV stations in seven markets.
During his career, he has managed or overseen television stations in Abilene, Tyler, El Paso, Midland, Waco and Brownsville, Texas, as well as stations in Shreveport, La., Chico, Calif.; Flagstaff, Ariz.; and Evansville, Ind.
