Anvato | Booth SU9506CM | Website: www.anvato.com

At NAB 2016, April 18-21 in Las Vegas, Anvato, a TV Everywhere and OTT platform provider, will showcase advancements, including 360 degree video support, and a new cloud OTT workflow for programmers that gives them new options for distribution and monetization of unaired content. New enhancements to Anvato’s Media Content Platform (MCP) that reduce deployment time from months to a few weeks and improve ROI will also be featured.

“With our powerful Media Content Platform, content owners, programmers and aggregators can deliver a feature-rich OTT service virtually out of the box,” said Alper Turgut, CEO of Anvato. “We continue to both increase the functionality in very significant ways and reduce cost and time-to-market, which are huge benefits to our customers.”

New and featured demonstrations will include:

  • Support for 360 degree video where content creators can take advantage of massively parallel video processing, enabling rapid delivery of files that support this new, growing immersive video offering.  This stunning video experience is now possible with no additional resources, special workflows or solutions, as part of Anvato’s MCP solution.
  • A new cloud workflow for OTT that allows programmers to take local content that doesn’t air live on the broadcast feed and publish it on their own OTT channels. This capability takes compelling content beyond just the website and makes it available, discoverable and monetizable instantly, on multiple devices.
  • Advanced capabilities for ad insertion that enable programmers to defeat ad blockers and drive revenue opportunities around OTT content offerings on any screen.  With one solution for iOS, Android, Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Chromecast, monetization across all consumption platforms is not only possible, but guaranteed.
  • Instant live-to-VOD capabilities, bringing content to viewers faster than ever. No longer are separate workflows needed for live and VOD.  Once a live event is finished, MCP makes it available seconds later, with monetizable ad breaks, and zero additional processing required.

Anvato demonstrations will also be available at partner booths including Grass Valley (booth #SL106). Anvato’s Matt Smith will discuss “Best Practices for OTT Monetization: Overcoming the Complexity Gauntlet” in a presentation on Tuesday, April 19 at 2:15pm in the Connected Media IP Pavilion.
