New Seasons Sold Of ‘Made In Hollywood’ Series

Following NATPE, Connection III Entertainment Corp. has sold the 10th season of its Made in Hollywood and the ninth season of its E/I series, Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition to major broadcast station groups, with total U.S. household clearances currently over 90% for both series.

Connection III is also wrapping up renewal deals for the fourth season of its E/I series Live Life and Win!

The Made in Hollywood and Live Life and Win! franchise brands are all created and executive produced by Cleveland O’Neal III, Connection III’s founder, president and CEO. 

For 2014/15, the CBS Television Stations renewed Made in Hollywood in New York on WCBS/WLNY and renewed both Made in Hollywood and Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition in Los Angeles (KCBS/KCAL), Philadelphia (KYW/WPSG), Dallas (KTVT/KTXA), San Francisco (KPIX/KBCW), Sacramento (KOVR/KMAX) and Pittsburgh (KDKA/WPCW).  The CBS Television Stations also renewed Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition in Boston (WSBK), Atlanta (WUPA), Detroit (WKBD), Tampa (WTOG), Seattle (KSTW), Miami (WBFS) and picked up Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition in New York (WLNY), with all Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition deals renewed through 2016.  

The Fox Television Stations, Inc. renewed the ninth season of the award-winning E/I series, Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition, for the 2014-15 season in Chicago WFLD/WPWR (FOX/MNT), Washington WTTG/WDCA (FOX/MNT), and Phoenix KSAZ/KUTP (FOX/MNT).

In addition, the CW PLUS renewed Made in Hollywood’s 10th season and picked up the FCC Friendly series Made in Hollywood: Teen Edition’s ninth season for 2014-15. 

BRAND CONNECTIONS

Connection III also sold the franchise to other U.S. broadcast station groups including Sinclair, LIN, Hearst and Gannett.
