Patrick Appointed Receiver For KTLM Harlingen

Larry Patrick, managing partner of Patrick Communications, was appointed receiver for Sunbelt Multimedia Co. and associated entities by Judge Gray H. Miller of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division on Sept. 6.

Sunbelt is the licensee of KTLM, the Telemundo affiliate in Harlingen-Weslaco-Brownsville-McAllen, Texas (DMA 87). The station operates on ch. 40.

An application to transfer the license to Patrick as receiver has been filed with the FCC. The station will be sold by Patrick Communications once the license transfer has been granted to repay the creditors of Sunbelt Multimedia.
