Retro TV Finds A Home In New York

The classic TV shows network will debut July 1 on the primary channel of Multicultural Broadcasting's WSAH where it will be available 24/7 over the air, on cable and satellite.

Retro TV has landed its biggest clearance to date, announcing today that it’s entered into an agreement with Multicultural Broadcasting’s WSAH New York (DMA 1).

RTV will air on the station’s primary channel and will be available to cable , satellite and over-the-air viewers beginning July 1.

The new WSAH will air the RTV lineup 24/7 with Quincy, Dragnet, Alfred Hitchcock, Emergency and many more classic TV shows.

Sean Kim , COO of Multicultural Broadcasting, said: “We are very excited to continue our relationship with Retro and are looking forward to providing New York viewers with best programming from the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s.”

According to RTV’s Neal Ardman, “WSAH brings millions of cable and satellite viewers to the RTV family and we are beyond excited to launch our custom feed this July. We know New Yorkers will be thrilled with the ‘Prime Time All the Time’ lineup of RTV.”

RTV is currently in or under contract in 75 percent of the United States with its format of providing custom feeds to most markets.
