The GM of the group’s three stations in Salt Lake City will now also oversee Sinclair’s stations in Seattle, Portland and Medford, Ore.
Sinclair Names Kent Crawford Group Manager
Sinclair Broadcast Group today appointed Kent Crawford group manager responsible oversight of the Seattle; Portland Ore.; Salt Lake City; and Medford Ore., markets. He will also continue in his role as general manager of Sinclair’s Salt Lake properties: KUTV (CBS), KMYU (MNT) and KJZZ (independent).
Crawford joined KUTV in 1982 and has been GM since 2011. During his tenure at the station he has held various sales positions including director of sales, local sales manager, new business development director and account executive.
Crawford serves on the board of directors of the Utah Broadcasters Association.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health science from the University of Utah.
