Phil also soared 25% among women 25-54 to a first-place 1.5 in the key demo.
Other top performers in talk were:
On the down side, third-place Ellen DeGeneres declined 9% to a new season-low 2.1. The only other talker hitting a new low for 2015-16 was The Real, which although just renewed for two years, tumbled 11% to a last-place 0.8.
Rookie champ Crime Watch Daily was the season’s No. 1 newcomer in first run for the 29th week in a row, holding steady at a 1.0.
Judge Judy was the top-rated strip in syndication overall for the 40th time in the past 41 weeks with a stellar 7.0, despite being in reruns on four of the five days. The golden gaveler was up 4% for the week and 8% from last year.
Judy’s creation Hot Bench was the fourth-highest-rated show in daytime, surging 8% for the week and 53% from last year to a 2.6 and finishing ahead of Ellen for the third week in a row.
In access, Entertainment Tonight dipped 3% to a 3.2, but led the magazines for the 18th consecutive week.
