WCBS Names Kevin Barth Director Of Sales

Veteran television sales executive Kevin Barth has been named vice president and director of sales for CBS O&O WCBS New York (DMA 1).

Barth is joining the flagship station of the CBS Television Network following eight years as a sales executive at WPIX New York, where he most recently was local sales manager.

Barth joined WPIX in April 2004 as an account executive, then was promoted to national sales manager in march 2005 and local sales manager in 2009.

His background also includes five years with TeleRep/Cox Communications in New York as a research analyst and national spot sales account executive.

Barth earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing from Villanova University.
