‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ Moving To Vegas

Disney/ABC’s Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? will move production from Stamford, Conn., to Las Vegas for next season, the company announced today.

The syndicated daytime game show — distributed by Disney/ABC Home Entertainment and Television Distribution — will take up residence at Bally’s Las Vegas where it will be taped before a live audience, the company said.

The company’s news release said the move covers the upcoming 2016-17 season. The show, hosted by Chris Harrison, has been taped in Stamford for the last two seasons. No reason was given for the move. Who Wants to be a Millionaire? has been in syndication since 2002.
