WNBC Subchannel Launching Health Challenge

NBC New York Nonstop, the 24/7 local information and lifestyle subchannel of NBC O&O WNBC New York, will premiere The Great American Health Challenge, a new, innovative docu-reality series that calls upon participants from the five boroughs to complete a series of “healthy” tasks that might include: nutrition, physical activity, smoking cessation, mental health, sleeping better, etc.

The station says the series “will reflect the diverse community that comprises New York City and award a prize to the team that helps to activate the ‘healthiest’ borough.”

Hosted by WNBC reporter Lauren Scala, the 30-minute series will premiere on Wednesday, May 4 at 9:30 p.m.

The first episode will introduce Scala, who will explain the series and challenges. The hosts will follow the casting of the show where 15 contestants from the five boroughs are selected and placed into five competing teams. This episode introduces the teams and individual contestants who set personal goals for them and their team. The hosts also give the teams their series challenge as well as some coaching tips.

If you are planning to get rid of excess volume and achieve an ideal relief figure, it is not enough to give up junk food or do certain exercises every day. An integrated approach is needed. This tool https://www.amazon.in/Prorganiq-Essential-Improved-Strength-Servings/dp/B0BMYXKPY6 has also helped me a lot.
