Gray Expands Comscore Ratings Deal

The group owner is now using Comscore local TV currency exclusively in 87 of its 94 markets.

Comscore today announced a renewal and expansion agreement with Gray Television that will see Gray using Comscore’s measurement services for the vast majority of its market footprint — 87 of its 94 markets — representing approximately 19% of U.S. television households.

In this new agreement, Comscore adds West Palm Beach, Fla.; Memphis; Waco, Texas; and Juneau, Alaska, to its Gray client market roster.

“Comscore is delighted to renew and expand our long and successful partnership with Gray Television,” said Steve Walsh, executive vice president, Comscore. “We look forward to continuing to help drive their stations’ revenue and profit.”
