Swerve Sports Adds 14 New Distributors

Swerve TV has added 14 new distributors for its channel, Swerve Sports. “The first free movie network devoted to sports and the films that tell the stories behind the world’s most inspirational athletes,” can now be found on connected device platforms including LG, Roku, TiVo and Vizio and popular app-based FAST services including, DistroTV, FuboTV, Glewed, LocalNow, Plex, Sports.tv, SLING TV, Stirr, The Roku Channel, Xumo and more. Swerve Sports can be found on these apps wherever they are supported including Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku and Samsung devices.

Since its inception last year, Swerve Sports viewership has grown to more than 1 million hours per quarter, the company says, “thanks to the consistent inclusion of new programming” including:

QB1: Beyond the Lights, the acclaimed Peter Berg docuseries, highlights three top high school senior quarterback recruits in their final season before moving on to NCAA Division I college football. Season 1 and Season 2 air at 2 and 10 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

In Search of Greatness (FAST-exclusive) takes a cinematic journey into the secrets of genius through the eyes of the greatest athletes of all time such as Wayne Gretsky, Pele, and Jerry Rice. Free exclusively on Swerve Sports.

United Fight Alliance/BoDog Fight highlights more than 100 hours of world-class fight content from top MMA and wrestling outlets delivered every Friday and Sunday at 10 p.m. ET.

Reese (world premiere) goes in-depth into the life of legendary pro skateboarder Reese Forbes, best known for perfecting the ollie and making an impact on the sport and culture. The story also shows the toll that pressure on athletes can take.
