Compulse And TapClicks Partner On Optimizing Ad Campaign Management

Compulse, a marketing technology and managed services company built for local media and agencies, and TapClicks, a marketing solutions provider, today announced a strategic partnership to help their clients accelerate and manage advertising campaigns.
