WAPT Names Moyné Brewton National Sales Manager

Hearst Television’s ABC affiliate WAPT Jackson, Miss., has appointed Moynè Brewton national sales manager, effective June 14.

Brewton has more than 10 years of experience in sales team and account management. A graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, she began her professional career in the broadcast industry as an account executive for WWWB-LD Knoxville, Tenn., in 2008.

She was recognized as Account Executive of the Year in 2013, 2015 and 2016 for her sales success at WJZY Charlotte, N.C., and achieved the title of Digital Sales Leader in 2018 and 2019.

Most recently, Brewton was the senior account executive at WHBQ Memphis.
