Eden Checkol Joins WPLG-WSFL Miami As 10 P.M. Anchor
WPLG and WSFL Miami have added Eden Checkol as a new 10 p.m. anchor.
She is currently the morning anchor at WISN Milwaukee. Before moving to Milwaukee, Checkol spent two years as a reporter/fill-in anchor at WISC Madison, Wis.
She got her start in Duluth, Minn., as a reporter and fill-in anchor at KBJR and KDLH. She was a multimedia journalist who wrote, shot and edited all her stories.
Eden grew up in the Twin Cities and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
