Kenneth Moton Is WTTG Washington’s New Evening Anchor

Kenneth Moton has joined Fox O&O WTTG Washington as an evening anchor. Beginning Sept. 25 he will co-anchor the station’s weekday 6 p.m. newscast with Angie Goff, and the 11 p.m. newscast alongside Marina Marraco, as well as serve as a reporter for various station newscasts.

Motom has spent the last year as a senior vice president for Actum, serving as a media consultant working with clients across several industries. Prior to that, he spent nearly eight years as a news anchor and correspondent for ABC News in Washington. Previously, Moton was a general assignment reporter for WPVI Philadelphia, WFTV Orlando, and News 14 Carolina in Raleigh, N.C.

He began his career in broadcasting as an assignment editor, then general assignment reporter at WLTX Columbia, S.C.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Moton holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
